Q1: Are TPR soles less durable than rubber soles for daily heavy use?

A: No. Good quality TPR delivers strong abrasion, flex and slip resistance for daily, commercial and light outdoor use. For extreme heavy-duty industrial footwear, pure rubber is still preferred-but TPR covers 90% of fashion, leather, casual and sneaker applications with better weight and cost efficiency.


Q2: Can your TPR soles pass EU/US physical & safety tests (slip resistance, cold cracking, color fastness)?

A: Yes. We design structures and select formulas to meet SATRA, ISO, GB standards. Our soles pass slip resistance (dry/wet), flex resistance, low-temperature resistance, abrasion, color fastness and chemical restriction tests (REACH, RoHS). GRS certification adds sustainability compliance for export.


Q3: What’s the MOQ and lead time for custom TPR soles?

A: For our existing designs: MOQ will be 500 pairs/color. For Custom molds/colors: MOQ based on size and structure; Customized Mould lead time is about 15 days, mass production is 15-25 days (depends on quantity). We offer flexible scheduling for small-batch trial orders and large annual contracts.
